Hire Desk Administrator – Dublin

Due to expansion, we have a vacancy for our Dublin Branch.

Responsibilities:

  • General admin including checking customer live lists, checking and completing off hire dockets
  • Phoning for payments when due and allocating to customer account.
  • Assist the hire and sales team in answering incoming calls and emails.

Ideally the candidate will have:

  • Good Familiarity with the use of computers/IT systems
  • Good attitude to customer service
  • Good organisational skills
  • Experience within the Hire industry
