Huge congratulations to our Transport Co-ordinator Enda Rowland, on his appearance on the Sunday Game after the All Ireland Hurling final in August. Enda plays for Laois Senior Championship club Abbeyleix and at inter-county level with the Laois senior hurling team. He had a brilliant season with some great saves in the much-hailed win over Dublin and winning the Joe McDonagh cup.
The star goalie joined the panel alongside Des Cahill, Brendan Cummins, Derek McGrath, Jackie Tyrrell, Ursula Jacob, Cyril Farrell and Graham Mulcahy to discuss highlights from the All Ireland and did himself, Laois Hire and the county proud. Big things ahead for this bright young star!
Enda, along with our other Laois Hire hurler Eanna Lyons, dropped into the shop with the Joe McDonagh cup recently for a photoshoot with some Husqvarna gear.
Meanwhile, at the All Ireland football final our VMS boards were on hand to safely direct fans entering and leaving Croke Park.
