Job Purpose:
The Hire Consultant / Service Technician will assist the Branch Manager in driving day to day growth within the branch, embrace sales initiatives across their hub, build strong customer relationships and maintain a high standard of branch presentation and service. You will also be involved in overseeing the equipment within the branch, carrying out repairs on equipment and dealing with customers over the phone.
Job Responsibilities:
Embrace sales campaigns, and generate leads for the sales team
Exceed targets for customer service, debt and branch standards
Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills in all aspects of the working day
Maintain professional standards of product knowledge
Achieve and maintain stock levels and availability
Carry out testing and maintenance of equipment
Ensure compliance with all systems, procedures and processes
Be a key driver in serious about safety by leading from the front
Ensure location is maintained to our 360° brand
Carry out other tasks and duties as required
Experience/Knowledge/Skills Required:
Experience in a fast paced environment
Exceptional customer service experience
Strong communication skills
Negotiation skills
Knowledge of local markets
Driving license preferred but not essential
